Hi, I'm La'Beth

I'm a former Walt Disney World cast member. From 2013 to 2023 I was part of four openings: Tiffins, Oga's Cantina, Disney's Riviera Resort (its Bar Riva and Le Petit Café), and Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.

The Galactic Starcruiser was the opening that shaped me most. It was a fully immersive experience where guests lived inside the story for days at a time, and I spent my days embodying La'Beth, an alien from a galaxy far away, using a nickname I've gone by for years. Staying in character meant reading every guest in the moment and meeting them where they were. I earned 50 guest recognitions in my first six months, and many guests told me our conversations inspired them to make real changes in their lives.

Across every opening I trained bartenders and servers, and as an opening trainer at the Riviera I helped develop the lobby café from the ground up, serving coffee by day and cocktails by evening. Opening a venue means building everything at once: the systems, the training, the guest experience, and the team's confidence. I learned to stay calm in the middle of that, to spot what's slowing people down, and to help them find their footing fast.

Along the way I studied digital marketing, earned marketing certifications, and worked in office administration and customer service. I also take on technical work. For one client, I trained and fine-tuned a custom AI model on his father's Vietnam War archive. His father helped document the war's history, and the model drew on official battle reports and hundreds of handwritten letters home. It gave the family a new way to explore and honor his father's work. Today I bring all of it to solo workers, creatives, and small teams who need focus, a fresh perspective, or an extra set of hands.

I work best one-on-one. Most of my clients work from home or alone in an office, and they don't need another app. They need a person in their corner.
