How working together runs

The practical details, so there are no surprises. Your signed service agreement has the full terms.

Message hours

Messages are answered Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.
Messages sent after 6pm are answered the next business day.
These hours cover messaging only. In-person and session times are scheduled around your needs.

In-person work is available across the Greater Orlando area. Virtual sessions and project work are available anywhere.
Within 30 minutes of Orlando: no travel fee.
30 to 60 minutes: $10 travel fee.
Beyond 1 hour: by special arrangement only.
If there's no free parking nearby, we agree on parking reimbursement in advance.

Accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Every cash payment gets a written receipt.
One-time sessions, hourly minimums, and flat-fee projects are paid in full at booking. A booking is confirmed once payment arrives.
Approved hours beyond an hourly minimum are invoiced afterward and due within 7 days.
Monthly partnerships are paid half at the start of each month and half two weeks later.
Payments more than 5 days late pause services until paid.

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice for virtual work, or 48 hours' notice for in-person work.
Later cancellations may be subject to a fee, as outlined in your service agreement.
Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. After 15 minutes with no arrival or contact, the session counts as a no-show and is used.
If I need to cancel, you choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.
Monthly partnerships can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. Unused calls and hours don't roll over.
Event bartending has a 3-hour minimum.

Every booking and project comes with a written agreement signed by both of us.
Your personal and business information stays confidential. I'll share your name or a testimonial only with your written permission.
Sessions are recorded only if we both agree.

My services are coaching, creative, organizational, and strategic support. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, and specific results aren't guaranteed.
